Employment law and discrimination attorney Pamela J. Branch has dedicated 25 years to practicing law and supporting workers in Virginia.

She received Bachelor of Art degrees in English and Women’s Studies from the University of Richmond in 1990, and later earned her Juris Doctor from the university's law school in 1993.

After graduating, Attorney Branch began her career advocating for the rights of employees as an EEO investigator for the then Virginia Council on Human Rights. Then, she served as a Staff Attorney and Managing Attorney for Virginia's Disability Law Center for 7 years.

Pamela later joined Lawrence & Associates as an Associate in 2006, where she channeled her experience and represented employees facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unfair wages on the local, state, and federal levels, as well as private sectors before the EEOC, MSPB, and in state and federal court.

In 2014, Pamela began serving as in-house counsel for a local EMS system. She advised the organization on updating policies and procedures to diminish potential discrimination claims and employee grievances. In 2015, she acquired her SHRM-CP certification to further expand her understanding of HR law and systems.

In 2016, Attorney Branch returned to private practice — but this time, as a solo practitioner. She was ready to apply her passion and commitment to educating employees about their workplace rights by providing personalized, compassionate representation to those facing challenges at the workplace.

Pamela Branch believes in your rights to freedom and happiness in all facets of life. Whether you're an employee or employer, and no matter what your case entails, she is here to help you find a peaceful, lasting solution.

My clients and their rights are my top priorities.
